Our Mission

The Kentucky Reining Horse Association (KRHA) promotes and encourages the development of the sport of Reining at the grassroots level by offering a convenient forum for reining enthusiasts to compete and improve their skills. Kentucky Reining Horse Association (KRHA) is an affiliate of the National Reining horse Association (NRHA) and, therefore, we are governed by its rules and bylaws.

Our goal is to make reining a fun, family oriented event, and offer purses that draw top non-pro and open competitors. KRHA also has a strong commitment to our youth by offering activities, awards, and classes that support and encourage the “future reiners” in our region.
